Welcome to BOA (Business Operations Agent) — your all-in-one business management platform.

What is BOA?

BOA is a comprehensive business operations application that helps you manage customers, service orders, invoicing, inventory, time tracking, and more — all from one place.

BOA Field (Mobile App)

BOA Field is the mobile companion app that lets your team work in the field with full access to:

  • Service Orders — View, update, and complete work orders on-site
  • Time Tracking — Clock in/out, add notes, and track breaks
  • Customer Accounts — Look up customer details and history
  • Photos & Documents — Capture and attach photos to service orders

First Steps

  1. Get your server URL — Your administrator will provide the BOA server address
  2. Open BOA Field — Launch the app and enter your server URL on the login screen
  3. Log in — Use the credentials provided by your administrator
  4. Explore the dashboard — Your assigned tasks and recent activity appear on the home screen

Navigation

BOA Field uses a bottom tab bar for quick access to:

  • Dashboard — Overview of your day, active tasks, and alerts
  • Service Orders — Browse and manage all assigned work orders
  • Accounts — Search and view customer accounts
  • Time Clock — Clock in/out and view your time entries
  • Settings — App preferences, sync, and support options
