The app connects to your BOA server in real time, so updates made in the field appear instantly in the back office.

Technicians can view and update service orders, check off tasks, capture photos on-site, and look up customer account details — all from their phone or tablet. BOA Field features a purpose-built dark theme interface designed for outdoor readability and all-day battery efficiency.
