BOA's email system lets your team send professional, branded communications directly from any record in the application. Whether you're emailing a quote to a customer, sending an invoice PDF, or notifying a technician about a new assignment, every email is sent through your configured mail provider and logged in the system.

Configure BOA to send email through traditional SMTP or Microsoft Graph API for Office 365 environments. Build reusable email templates with merge fields that auto-populate customer names, order numbers, and amounts.
